To ensure the rice paper is cooked evenly, the steamer lid must be tight, the heat must be sufficient, and the rice paper must be flat. The white paper towel must be stretched very tight to ensure it does not get punctured.

This occasion not only allows us to celebrate the rich culinary traditions of Hoai Nhon, but also serves as an opportunity to contribute to a culturally meaningful and memorable festival. We sincerely hope that visitors from all regions will come to appreciate Binh Dinh’s signature coconut rice paper and recognize Hoai Nhon Town as a destination with significant yet underexplored tourism potential,” Mr. Vinh stated, emphasizing that this is the largest coconut rice paper ever made in Vietnam to date.
